Overview

Pioneer Law Associates advises and represents clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings across a broad range of commercial disputes. We assist clients with the drafting and negotiation of arbitration agreements, representation in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations, jurisdictional and procedural issues, evidentiary hearings, and all stages of arbitral proceedings.

We also represent clients before the courts in matters related to arbitration, including applications for interim measures, proceedings for the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards, and applications to challenge awards.

Members of the team represent parties as counsel, accept appointments as arbitrators, and serve as experts in arbitral proceedings. The team also has experience advising and representing clients in high value international construction arbitrations, providing practical insight into the technical, contractual, and commercial issues that frequently arise in major infrastructure and construction disputes.
