Tilak Bikram Pandey

BIOGRAPHY

Tilak has a practicing experience of more than 18 years in the field of commercial laws. As a team member, Tilak had advised clients on transactional matters, labor, insurance and tax and legal due diligence exercises from the early years of association with Pioneer Law Associates. He has also worked on a number of legal and regulatory reform projects. Tilak also represents clients before various courts and tribunals on various commercial disputes and intellectual property matters.
Tilak has a practicing license of Advocate from Nepal Bar Council.
Tilak is a team leader of the litigation and research department at PLA.
