BIOGRAPHY
Shreya Upreti is a Senior Associate at Pioneer Law Associates. She first joined the firm as an intern in 2013 and again in 2017 while pursuing her undergraduate studies. She returned in 2020 as an Associate and qualified lawyer, bringing experience in international arbitration, company law and commercial litigation. During this time, she worked closely with both the firm’s litigation and corporate teams and contributed to the preparation of the firm’s Arbitration Handbook.
In 2022, Shreya moved to London to pursue an LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution at Queen Mary University London. While there, she worked as a Registered Foreign Lawyer (England & Wales) with specialist international construction lawyers. She returned to Nepal in January 2026, having gained valuable experience in international construction arbitrations and knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts.
Shreya is now a member of the firm’s construction and arbitration team. She also maintains strong interest in the firm’s research and policy initiatives.
