Sachin Kumar Lohani

BIOGRAPHY

Sachin has been associated with the firm since 2018. He works with the litigation team. He has been regularly assisting the clients in matter of civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution and in matter of corporate compliance. His areas of practice primary concern drafting of court documents, drafting and review of commercial documents, representing clients before the courts of law. Besides this, he is involved in legal research and other knowledge building activities. His areas of interest comprise of employment and social security law, data protection and privacy law, consumer protection and environmental law, and private international law.

He has a practicing license of Advocate from Nepal Bar Council.
