BIOGRAPHY
Apurva has been associated with Pioneer Law Associates since 2024 and is a member of the Corporate team. He is actively engaged in a wide spectrum of corporate matters, assisting clients with corporate compliance, due diligence, legal research, and the drafting of corporate documents, contracts, and legal opinions. His areas of practice include, inter alia, private equity, foreign direct investment, title diligence, consumer protection law, competition law, and aviation law.
