Kripesh has been associated with Pioneer Law Associates since 2018. He leads the energy and infrastructure sector practice at Pioneer Law Associates, offering comprehensive legal solutions for large-scale projects in Nepal. His expertise involves negotiating and drafting complex agreements including Project Development Agreements (PDAs), Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and structuring innovative financing solutions to support project development and implementation.

In addition to his work in the energy and infrastructure sector, Kripesh has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, conducting legal due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and facilitating deal closures for high-value transactions across diverse industries.
