BIOGRAPHY
Ayush holds a B.B.M., LL.B. from Kathmandu University School of Law. He joined Pioneer Law Associates in February 2026 and is currently a member of the firm’s Capital Markets team.
His practice focuses on capital markets transactions and general corporate advisory, where he supports the firm in regulatory compliance, legal research, and drafting of corporate documents .
