Mr. Tilak Bikram Pandey is Partner of Pioneer Law Associates. He has a practicing experience of more than 18 years in the field of commercial laws. As a team member ,he had advised clients on transactional matters, labor, insurance and tax and legal due diligence exercises from the early years of association with Pioneer Law Associates. He has also worked on a number of legal and regulatory reform projects. He also represents clients before various courts and tribunals on various commercial disputes and intellectual property matters. He is a team leader of the litigation, labor and Research department at PLA. He specializes in labor, insurance, tax, aviation, intellectual property and corporate and transaction advisory services.
