BIOGRAPHY
Bhimsen KC has been associated with Pioneer Law Associates since 2022 and is an active member of the firm’s Intellectual Property team. His work primarily focuses on trademark matters, where he assists clients with registration, opposition, enforcement, and renewal. He also regularly represents clients before the Department of Industry and other regulatory authorities, handling field-level coordination and procedural support.
Beyond his intellectual property practice, Bhimsen has practical experience in criminal law. He has been involved in various criminal matters and frequently works with police authorities on investigations, legal procedures, and time-sensitive client issues.
Bhimsen is a Licensed Advocate of the Nepal Bar Council and holds a B.A.LL.B. degree from National Law College, Tribhuvan University.
He continues to strengthen his knowledge and skills in Intellectual Property Law, Commercial Litigation, Criminal Law, and Dispute Resolution, with a firm commitment to delivering practical and effective legal solutions to clients.
