BIOGRAPHY
Kirit has been associated with Pioneer Law Associates since 2022. He is involved in the Corporate team and has been working in various corporate matters assisting the clients in corporate compliance, due diligence, research and drafting of corporate documents, contracts and legal opinions in areas, including but not limited to, private equity, tax law, foreign direct investment, consumer protection law and competition law.
