Conclusion of Probono Co-operation Agreement with Business Clinic Private Limited

A Co-operation Agreement was concluded between Pioneer Law Associates (“PLA“) and Business Clinic Private Limited (“BCPL“). Under the agreement, the arrangement was such that PLA would provide legal advisory and consultation services to the service recipients of BCPL as requested by the SMEs. BCPL, under the arrangement as per the agreement, would also connect BCPL’s service recipients to PLA if BCPL’s service recipients require the legal service or assistance. Under the agreement, PLA would also conduct orientation, provide general training to the concerned personnel.
